Managing Tags

Tags let you categorize contacts for better organization and filtering.


Creating a New Tag

  1. Navigate to Tags in the sidebar.
  2. Click the plus button in the top right.
  3. Enter a tag name that describes the category (for example, "Volunteers", "Strong Supporters", "Needs Follow-up").
  4. Click Create to create the tag.


Applying Tags

Once created, tags can be applied to contacts in two ways:

  1. From the Contact Detail Panel — Open any contact and click to manage their tags.


Filtering by Tags

Tags are most powerful when used for filtering. In the Find view, you can select one or more tags to show only matching contacts.
