Recording an Activity
- Open a contact's detail panel
- Click Log Activity
- Set the Date and Time duration of the interaction
- Select the Activity Type:
- Call
- SMS
- Virtual Meeting
- In-Person Meeting
- Canvass
- Choose the Outcome that best describes what happened (options vary by type):
- Successful
- No Answer
- Left Voicemail
- Declined
- Callback Requested
- Wrong Number
- Deceased
- Add Notes— Use quick-fill buttons for common responses or write your own:
- "Contact is interested and will consider donation"
- "Contact pledged a donation - amount to be confirmed"
- "Requested more information before deciding"
- "Not interested at this time"
- "Already committed to other candidates"
- "Supports the cause, amount to be determined"
- "Provided email for follow-up materials"
- If the outcome was "Successful," you can optionally record a Pledge Amount.
- Click Log Activity to save.
Viewing Activity History
Every contact's Activity Log appears at the bottom of their detail panel, showing a chronological record of all interactions including the date, type, outcome, and notes.
